FAQs

I've just had a baby, is this suitable for me?

These are intense workouts and not programmed for pre and postnatal women. Core restore work is highly recommend before heading into intense workouts. Check out my STRONG MUMMA Membership HERE.

Do I need weights?

The workouts include strength exercises using dumbbells, but don't worry if you dont have any. You can fill up 2 x 1 litre bottles with water and use those to start with.

I'm new to exercise, can I join?

Included in your membership is a progressive 12-week programme called LEANER:STRONGER, if you are a beginner to exercise this plan will prepare you for the 6am workouts. 

You can try the 6am Lives anytime to see if you are ready for them. I can help you with this.

Can people see me exercise?

Nope. I am LIVE in the Facebook group for the workouts but you could be in your PJ's and no one would know! You can comment on the video whilst I'm live and I can talk to you.

What if I miss the live workout at 6am?

All workouts are saved in the group so you can catchup. They are also stored weekly in the membership area.

How many workouts a week are there?

We workout 4 times a week: 
Mondays - Tuesdays - Thursdays - Fridays
