After the birth of my first child, I was struggling emotionally and one thing that has always helped my mental health has been exercise. BUT I wasn’t doing any and couldn’t seem to motivate myself to get re-started. So, my husband bought me some PT sessions with Manda to help improve my emotional wellbeing and to get me back into doing some fitness.
Despite being very anxious that I would be able to protect the time, I managed our first session and have really enjoyed every other since! Manda is so professional, knowledgeable and also really down-to-earth done which put me at ease instantly. Our sessions were all via zoom and were super convenient as it saved me so much time pre and post work out. My confidence is up, I am stronger, I have a perkier bum (whoop whoop) and I have reaped the benefits mentally.
